The staff is invariably attentive, positive and helpful, with good advice about my policies. Earlier today,I spoke with Melissa , who was helpful, patient and efficient. "If you must use State Farm, please do yourself a favor and avoid this office. They will give you conflicting information which will cause you headaches. They happily take you money, but will not represent you if you have a claim. They will not own their mistakes, and will not care to help fix things when their mistakes are pointed out. George will stand up for his employees, despite their obvious mistakes. They do not care about their clients. Awful is an understatement.

George, your response is laughable. We have not spoken once, much less into the evening. As you’ll recall, you refused to call me after 530pm. It took a claims manager 2 emails a week apart to get any response out of you. We only communicated via email. No harm? Not to you anyway. State Farm didn’t pay a dime. To me? Much different story."
